1. Type and data source

Personal data provided voluntarily by the User
The Firm collects and processes the Personal Data you provide directly and voluntarily by completing the available forms in order to receive information regarding the services. Such personal data may include, by way of example, name and surname, email address, telephone, etc.

Navigation data
Like all websites, this site uses log files in which information collected in an automated manner is stored during user accesses. The collected information could be the following:
- internet protocol address (IP);
- type of browser and device parameters used to connect to the site;
- name of the internet service provider (ISP);
- date and time of access;
- visitor’s web page origin (referral) and exit;
- some times the number of clicks.
The aforementioned information is processed in an automated form and collected exclusively in an aggregated form in order to verify the correct functioning of the site, and for security reasons (starting on May 25th, 2018 this information will be treated according to the legitimate interests of the owner).
For security purposes (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection), the automatically recorded data may possibly also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in accordance with applicable laws, in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or to cause damage to other users, or to avoid harmful activities or constituting a crime.
These data will never be used for the identification or for profiling the user, but only for the purpose of protecting the site and its users (starting on May 25th, 2018 this information will be treated according to the legitimate interests of the owner).
Cookies To ensure the functioning of the Site and improve the service, the Site uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by the user send to his terminal (usually the browser), where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites during the next visit by the same user.

2. Purpose of data processing

Personal Data may be processed for the following purposes: (a) to respond and satisfy all your requests and therefore to manage the relationship between you and the Firm. (b) for sending, with your prior consent, information communications.

3. Processing methods

The Personal Data will be processed using suitable electronic or automated, computerized and telematic tools, or by manual and paper processing, with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes for which the Personal Data were collected, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

4. Nature of the provision

The provision of Personal Data is optional. However, if you wish to register on the Site, you must fill in all the fields indicated as mandatory in the relevant form, and, if required, you will have to express your consent to the processing of data. Any refusal to grant consent has no other effect than not being able to meet your requests. 5. Transfer of data to non-EU countries

This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union and the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, in particular the decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield - here the information page of the Italian Guarantor), for which no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

6. Duration of treatment

Your personal data will be processed and stored only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected and in accordance with the storage times provided for by the applicable regulations or until you revoke the consent given for the treatments where required. Subsequently, personal data will be automatically deleted or made anonymous permanently.

7. Data Controller

The data controller is the site administrator, Avv. Michelle Picciolo. The Firm will process the Data in accordance with the GDPR. 8. Rights of the interested party

We remind you that you can exercise the rights provided for in articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR at any time and, in particular, you can request information on the existence and characteristics of the processing of personal data, the rectification and cancellation of the same, or the limitation of the treatment, object to the treatment and/or request the transmission of your personal data to another controller. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller. In the event that the data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests, the rights of the data subjects are guaranteed (except for the right to portability, which is not regulated), in particular you have the right to object to the processing by sending a request to the data controller.

The Firm reserves the right to modify this privacy statement at any time. The version published on the Site is the one currently in force.
